When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-order items may take longer, and the estimated shipping time will be mentioned on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We plan to introduce international shipping soon, so please stay updated for future announcements.
What size should I choose?
We recommend checking our size guide before placing an order. If you prefer an oversized streetwear fit, consider going one size up.
Are your designs screen printed?
Yes. Our designs are carefully screen printed to ensure durability, strong colors, and high-quality finish.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Some items are released as pre-orders to avoid overproduction. Production usually takes 2–3 weeks before shipping.
